Gymnastics for Kids

Why should adults have all the fun? Our youth program offers fun gymnastics classes for kids aged 12 to 17 years, during school terms and holidays.

Youth Program

With sedentary activities like technology and TV playing such a big role in our modern world, it’s never been more important to keep kids active. Exercise helps strengthen the bones and muscles of growing bodies, and improves their self-confidence.

It’s also great for developing cognitive skills, especially when they’re using their brain and body at the same time. Our gymnastics exercises for kids program supports their development with foundation (and fun) movements like gymnastics handstands, to boost their brains and bodies.
