Learn the techniques to correctly perform the fundamental exercises you need to develop strength using Gymnastics Rings in your workouts. More advanced ring strength skills always begin with mastering the basics - without properly building an adequate foundation, the result will likely be failure and/or injury. Get it right the first time round.

Expanding your useable range of motion and developing maximum body control will ensure better movement throughout your entire body. Too often people focus on training complex movement patterns without first having the necessary independent joint function and range of motion needed to control them. Whether your goal is to perform at your best athletically or just to undo the damage done by a sedentary lifestyle, improving your mobility will open your body up to a whole new world of movement potential.

A system of manual musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation based on sound scientific principles. This seminar consists of 3 days of in-class, hands on training, along with mandatory online lecture material outlining the scientific basis for the system.
